Florissant Ave. in St. Louis under the call to bring power back to North St. Louis. The site is serving as a hub for free charging, food, relief supplies and community resource information. Black Power Blueprint is a project of the African People’s Education and Defense Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization that has defended civil and human rights and built practical institutions in African communities since 1994.
